  The valve has the features of lightweight, compact structure, endurance, little in the lost of flow resistance, high working pressure, flexible operation, definite direction, easy to maintenance and long life. It can be installed at any angle. It is suitable in the condition of adjusting, cutting off and self-protecting quickly. The valve is used with DKJ, ZKJ, Bernard electric actuator and other accessory to form a complete set to realize manual and automatic exchange without interference, micro-computer long-range control, automatic control or center concentrating control. Working principle

采(cai)用雙偏(pian)心密封(feng)結構，關(guan)閉時越(yue)關越緊(jin)，開啟後(hou)确保🔞密(mi)封面與(yu)密封圈(quan)完全脫(tuo)離接觸(chu)，保護密(mi)封圈不(bu)受損傷(shang)，延長使(shi)🧑🏾‍🤝‍🧑🏼用壽命(ming)。密封面(mian)、密封圈(quan)選用不(bu)鏽鋼制(zhi)作，其🤩耐(nai)鏽蝕、耐(nai)高溫性(xing)保證了(le)密封🐆性(xing)能的可(ke)靠。采用(yong)半軸結(jie)構，蝶闆(pan)為桁架(jia)式結構(gou)，其強💋度(du)高、過流(liu)👣面積大(da)、流阻小(xiao)、節省能(neng)源。本閥(fa)具有介(jie)質雙向(xiang)截止密(mi)封功能(neng)，其滲漏(lou)量為零(ling)。

自(zi)動高性(xing)能密閉(bi)蝶閥；由(you)電動執(zhi)行器接(jie)受變送(song)、調🌐節DCS、PLC等(deng)上位儀(yi)🐆表的控(kong)制信号(hao)或操作(zuo)器手控(kong)信号，輸(shu)😘出角位(wei)移帶動(dong)傳動✨軸(zhou)，把動力(li)傳給閥(fa)軸帶動(dong)蝶闆作(zuo)同步旋(xuan)轉運🏃動(dong)，達到全(quan)開、全閉(bi)及任意(yi)調節的(de)目的。電(dian)動執行(hang)器與蝶(die)闆的開(kai)度同步(bu)反饋0～10mA或(huo) 4～20mA直流電(dian)信号，用(yong)戶可根(gen)據電流(liu)信号來(lai)控制蝶(die)闆的任(ren)意開💋度(du)，達到調(diao)節♌的🌏目(mu)的。

The valve adopts double eccentric sealed structure. The more it is close, the more it is tight. The sealing surface will separate from sealing ring, which prevent the sealing ring from damaging. The material of sealing surface and ring is stainless steel whose resistance of abrasion and high temperature ensure the reliability of sealing performance. It adopts half shaft structure and the butterfly disc is trussed structure, having the features of great strength, big flow area, little lost of flow resistance and saving energy. The valve has the function of stopping and sealing medium in double directions and without leakage.

Manual high performance sealed butterfly valve: rotate hand wheel to drive the valve axle and butterfly disc rotate in the range of 90°to cut off, connect or adjust the flow. The open or close position of the valve gate is limited by the limit device. The indicating device displays the position of butterfly disc.

Automatic high performance sealed butterfly valve: control signal or manual signal of DCS or PLC meter is accepted, adjusted and transmitted by electric actuator. Then the actuator outputs the angle moving to drive the transmission shaft. It drives the axle and disc rotating synchronously in order to adjust freely, full open and close. The open angle between actuator and disc’s sync feedback DC signal is 0～10mA or 4～20mA. User can control the random open angle of disc according as the current signal.

Installation and regulation

l  安裝前(qian)必須清(qing)潔閥體(ti)内腔，不(bu)允許有(you)任何雜(za)物和污(wu)垢附着(zhe)（特别注(zhu)意密封(feng)面、密封(feng)圈的清(qing)潔）。

l  安裝(zhuang)前檢查(cha)閥門各(ge)部位是(shi)否有松(song)動現象(xiang)，對閥門(men)🏃‍♂️進行👉開(kai)啟✔️、關閉(bi)一個周(zhou)期是否(fou)有異常(chang)現象，同(tong)時檢♈查(cha)閥門的(de)啟閉位(wei)置是否(fou)準确。

l  水(shui)平安裝(zhuang)或垂直(zhi)安裝的(de)閥門閥(fa)軸應處(chu)于水平(ping)位置，傳(chuan)動裝置(zhi)不允許(xu)作起吊(diao)用，并嚴(yan)禁損傷(shang)。

l  本閥具(ju)有一定(ding)的雙向(xiang)密封性(xing)能，若隻(zhi)需控制(zhi)單方向(xiang)流動的(de)介質時(shi)，其安裝(zhuang)方向應(ying)參照閥(fa)體上箭(jian)頭㊙️所示(shi)，該箭頭(tou)所🤟指為(wei)介質流(liu)向。

l  安裝(zhuang)如示意(yi)圖，加密(mi)封墊後(hou)均勻鎖(suo)緊聯接(jie)螺栓。

l  調(diao)整完成(cheng)後必須(xu)進行綜(zong)合性能(neng)檢查：接(jie)通電源(yuan)開啟閥(fa)門，當🈚閥(fa)⭐門至“全(quan)開”“全閉(bi)”位置時(shi)，行程控(kong)制機構(gou)應準确(que)地🐅切斷(duan)電源，而(er)轉矩限(xian)位機構(gou)處于臨(lin)界動💯作(zuo)狀态。開(kai)度指示(shi)機構應(ying)準确地(di)顯示閥(fa)門的開(kai)啟狀态(tai)。

l  電動切(qie)換手動(dong)操作時(shi)，應切斷(duan)電源，不(bu)得在手(shou)輪上再(zai)增加輔(fu)助杠杆(gan)，手輪順(shun)時針旋(xuan)轉為關(guan)，反之為(wei)開，閥闆(pan)開啟角(jiao)度為0°~90°。

l   The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body, especially the sealing surface and ring.

l   Check the valve gate before install. Open and close the valve by hand for a period and check the open-close position of the valve gate.

l   The valve axle must be on the horizontal position when installed in horizontal or vertical. The transmission device cannot be hoisted and avoid damage when installed.

l   The valve has the feature of double-sealing performance. The installation direction should refer to the arrow on the valve body, which indicates the medium flow direction, when control the flow of medium in single direction. 

l   Installation of flange connecting valve is on diagram. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

l   Synthetic performance of the valve must be done after adjust is over: turn on the power and open the valve, the stroke control device should cut down the power exactly when the valve is in the state of full open or full close. While the torque limit device is in critical state. The open angle indicating device should display the open state of the valve gate exactly.

l   The power must be shut down when operating by manual. Assistant pole can’t be added to hand wheel. Clockwise rotation of hand wheel means open and anticlockwise means close. Open angle is 0~90°.

運(yun)輸及保(bao)管：

Transportation and protection

l  運輸(shu)時應避(bi)免撞擊(ji)蝶閥及(ji)傳動裝(zhuang)置，閥門(men)應處于(yu)全閉✌️位(wei)🛀置，以防(fang)在運輸(shu)中密封(feng)面和傳(chuan)動部件(jian)損壞。

l  當(dang)閥門水(shui)平放置(zhi)運輸時(shi)，傳動裝(zhuang)置及傳(chuan)動部位(wei)應懸空(kong)，以防止(zhi)傳動軸(zhou)受力過(guo)大而變(bian)形損壞(huai)。

l  該閥應(ying)存放在(zai)幹燥的(de)室内，不(bu)允許露(lu)天存放(fang)或堆置(zhi)🌈。長🤩期存(cun)放時應(ying)使閥門(men)處于關(guan)閉狀态(tai)，各傳動(dong)部位加(jia)⚽潤滑油(you)，傳動裝(zhuang)置作防(fang)潮、防塵(chen)處理。

l   Avoid bumping of valve and transmission device. The valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of sealing surface and driving part.

l   Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is in horizontal in order to prevent damage of driving axle.

l   The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

Maintenance and examination

l  定期(qi)檢查傳(chuan)動裝置(zhi)的運行(hang)情況：電(dian)機部分(fen)、控制開(kai)關🈲是否(fou)異常。

l  定(ding)期給閥(fa)的傳動(dong)部位加(jia)潤滑油(you)。

l  定期檢(jian)查閥的(de)密封填(tian)料處，補(bu)充、更換(huan)填料以(yi)防介質(zhi)🍓外洩。

l  對(dui)閥門周(zhou)期性維(wei)護時應(ying)全面檢(jian)查閥的(de)各密封(feng)部位👣、傳(chuan)🈲動部位(wei)，對各密(mi)封部位(wei)應進行(hang)檢測，對(dui)檢測數(shu)據應記(ji)錄在案(an)。

l   Check the working condition of electric parts, control switch and sealing of pneumatic device regularly.

l   Add lubricant to the transmission parts regularly.

l   Check the sealing filler of the valve regularly. Complement or change filler avoiding leakage of medium.

l   Check the sealing parts and transmission parts thoroughly. Detect the sealing parts and the detecting data should be registered.
