  插闆(pan)閥是綜(zong)合多年(nian)來使用(yong)插闆閥(fa)的經驗(yan)創新的(de)設計，主(zhu)要用于(yu)通風除(chu)塵、風力(li)輸送及(ji)排風系(xi)統管路(lu)上的調(diao)節和♍固(gu)體粉料(liao)輸送的(de)調節和(he)切斷。

  This series valve is the most innovative design basing on the experience of using inserting disc valve. It is mainly used to regulate in pipes of venting removing dust, carrying, venting system and to regulate or cutting carrying of solid powder.

  This valve is welded in fine steel and simple in structure, handy to operate, smooth to slide, good in seal. Especially it is less loss in local resistance, good regulation, convenient to replace and maintain, not distorted. It overcomes the defect of outdated inserting disc valve such as great leakage, distorting quickly and difficulty in regulating. It is suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid, solid material less than 10mm.

工作原(yuan)理：

Working principle:

  插闆(pan)閥主要(yao)由執行(hang)機構、閥(fa)體、插闆(pan)、密封裝(zhuang)置、行程(cheng)開關等(deng)部件組(zu)成。運行(hang)時輸出(chu)指令（電(dian)源或氣(qi)源）給執(zhi)行💁機構(gou)，由執行(hang)機構帶(dai)動插闆(pan)向外抽(chou)出，達到(dao)工況需(xu)要位置(zhi)，撞動行(hang)程開關(guan)停止，由(you)行程開(kai)關反饋(kui)信号（開(kai)關信号(hao)）給控制(zhi)室。反之(zhi)則關閉(bi)插🐅闆閥(fa)（向内推(tui)進）。

  The valve is mainly made up of actuator, body, disc, seal device and journey switch etc. Instruction is transmitted to the actuator. The actuator drives disc draw out to reach the requiring position and then bumps the journey switch to stop. Journey switch feeds back the signal to control room. Otherwise close disc.

使用(yong)說明：

Operation instruction:

l  本(ben)閥連接(jie)方式為(wei)法蘭連(lian)接。

l  本閥(fa)可水平(ping)或垂直(zhi)安裝，安(an)裝時兩(liang)法蘭聯(lian)接中間(jian)必✂️須加(jia)🌈密封墊(nian)片，然後(hou)均勻鎖(suo)緊螺栓(shuan)。

l  手動操(cao)作時向(xiang)外抽出(chu)為開，向(xiang)内推進(jin)為關。不(bu)得在把(ba)手上增(zeng)加🔞輔助(zhu)器材。

l  執(zhi)行機構(gou)應按其(qi)使用說(shuo)明正确(que)接線與(yu)操作。

l  若(ruo)長期存(cun)放應使(shi)設備處(chu)于關閉(bi)狀态，各(ge)傳動部(bu)位應加(jia)潤滑油(you)，不允許(xu)露天存(cun)放或堆(dui)置。

l   Joint type of this valve is flange joint.

l   The valve can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt.

l   Draw out handle means open and push in means close. Assistant lever can’t be added to handle.

l   Actuator must be connected and operated exactly according to the operation instruction.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
