The material adjustor is widely used in building material, mining, metallurgy, oil chemical and electric power industries etc. it adjusts, absorbs and slows the impact and powder rising, which is aroused by the material falling from high altitude. It is used in the system of material processing, transporting and filtering. The material slide to the receiver device equably, calmly and regularly. The type of the adjustor is various and the applicability is wide. There is no need to setup other material cushion device and guiding device when the adjustor is installed in working system.

The adjustor is the newest and most advanced product which is designed on the base of all kinds of material discharging and adjusting equipment. The structure makes use of lever principle. The transmission type is particular and the figure is close. It has features of compact structure, flexible open and close, endurance, reliable operation and long life etc. The flying powder dust of falling material can be closed in the body. The pumping among dust grain can reduce the moving until dust is immobile. Dust can not overflow to pollute environment so we can have a good operating circumstance.

The baffle is set in the sealing body of adjustor, which can open or close automatically, running freely. The baffle also can resist impact and quiver and the ability of anti-abrasion is great. The baffle is controlled by the connecting pole with a heavy block. The connecting pole and heavy block are closed in the body on two sides. The baffle can open automatically when there is some material in the adjustor. The material slip along the baffle smoothly and powder dust is remained in the body. The shock absorber can clear the shock force which is produced when the baffle and heavy block open and close.

Usage explanation
l 安(an)裝前(qian)先檢(jian)查閥(fa)門各(ge)傳動(dong)部分(fen)是否(fou)完好(hao)，試運(yun)行無(wu)誤後(hou)将閥(fa)門處(chu)于全(quan)閉狀(zhuang)态再(zai)進行(hang)安裝(zhuang)。
l 法蘭(lan)連接(jie)時兩(liang)法蘭(lan)間必(bi)須加(jia)密封(feng)墊，然(ran)後均(jun)勻鎖(suo)緊聯(lian)接😄螺(luo)栓。
l Check the transmission part before install. Close the valve and install the valve after there is no mistake.
l Add sealed shim between the two flanges. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.
l Adjust the heavy block according to the working condition of user to ensure the feeding amount and feeding frequency.
運(yun)輸及(ji)保管(guan)：
Transportation and protection
l 運輸(shu)時避(bi)免撞(zhuang)擊調(diao)節器(qi)，調節(jie)器擋(dang)闆應(ying)處于(yu)全閉(bi)位置(zhi)，以防(fang)在運(yun)輸中(zhong)擋闆(pan)及傳(chuan)動部(bu)件損(sun)壞。
l 運(yun)輸時(shi)傳動(dong)部位(wei)應作(zuo)防潮(chao)、防雨(yu)處理(li)。
l 調節(jie)器應(ying)存放(fang)在幹(gan)燥的(de)室内(nei)，不允(yun)許露(lu)天存(cun)放或(huo)💋堆置(zhi)。
l Avoid bumping and the baffle is in full close in order to avoid damage of baffle and driving part
l It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
Maintenance and examination
l 定(ding)期檢(jian)查各(ge)傳動(dong)部位(wei)的運(yun)行情(qing)況。
l 定(ding)期給(gei)各傳(chuan)動部(bu)位加(jia)潤滑(hua)油。
l 每(mei)次檢(jian)修後(hou)，應重(zhong)新調(diao)整配(pei)重設(she)施，對(dui)檢修(xiu)情況(kuang)作記(ji)錄。
l Examine the operation condition of transmission parts regularly.
l Add lubricant to transmission parts regularly.
l Adjust heavy device and note the examination result after examining.
