  There is dust- ladle in body, which prevents body from impacting of material and prolongs the service life. The slide plate is guided by pulley, which reduces motive resistance. The valve is handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material of little viscosity, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle. The position of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. TypeⅠ means manual wheel. Type Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction HZD is signal direction and HZS is double direction.

Working principle

  主要(yao)由框(kuang)架、閘(zha)闆、絲(si)杆、螺(luo)母等(deng)零件(jian)構成(cheng)，人工(gong)轉動(dong)手輪(lun)使帶(dai)動絲(si)杆螺(luo)母和(he)閘闆(pan)作水(shui)平方(fang)向往(wang)複運(yun)動，達(da)到啟(qi)閉目(mu)的。閘(zha)闆的(de)🔞運動(dong)像刀(dao)鍘一(yi)樣能(neng)切斷(duan)㊙️滞留(liu)在灰(hui)鬥上(shang)🈲的物(wu)料，達(da)到密(mi)封狀(zhuang)态。

  It is made up of frame, slide plate, screw bolt, nut etc. rotate the hand wheel to realize the horizontal reciprocating motion of nut and slide plate and the open-close of gate. The movement of slide plate is like that of hay cutter, which can cut off the material lagging on the dust-ladle and make the valve in sealed state.

Usage explanation:

l  本(ben)閥可(ke)水平(ping)安裝(zhuang)或垂(chui)直安(an)裝，安(an)裝時(shi)兩法(fa)蘭連(lian)接中(zhong)🤩間必(bi)☀️須🈲加(jia)密封(feng)墊片(pian)，然後(hou)鎖緊(jin)螺栓(shuan)。

l  操作(zuo)時手(shou)輪順(shun)時針(zhen)旋轉(zhuan)為閥(fa)關，反(fan)之為(wei)開，不(bu)得在(zai)手輪(lun)上再(zai)♈增加(jia)輔助(zhu)杠杆(gan)。

l  若長(zhang)期存(cun)放應(ying)使設(she)備處(chu)于關(guan)閉狀(zhuang)态，各(ge)傳動(dong)部位(wei)應🛀🏻加(jia)潤滑(hua)油🈲，不(bu)允許(xu)露天(tian)存放(fang)或堆(dui)置。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You cannot add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shutdown if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open and piling up is not permitted.
